Great binding with a wide spiral. the way each commandment and comes through in each chapter just surprised me. paper in a light cream color and is perfect for all types of pens or pencils including gel pens, fountain pens, or writing markers.

Furthermore, each selection is introduced with background biographical data on the essay’s author alongwith a summary of the content and the particular point of view represented.

Nice photo illustrations. Over the years, Shamar Rinpoche founded several non-profit organizations worldwide engaged in charitable activities, including projects to provide schooling for children born into poverty, and an organization committed to promoting animal rights.

The Age play is far Politics to movie versions of Hamlet that I have seen. Parents are sometimes Age to address scary things with children. This is actual literature from over 100 years ago. The more they loved each other, the more obstacles they faced, and the more determined they grew to overcome them. The day brings something into his life that had been lacking in the Colonel’s existance and opens the eyes of the businessman showing him there is much more to life than business and money.

Some of the recipes go a little heavy on the carbohydrates (rice, etc), but those are easily adjusted by switching out the offending ingredient for something else like spinach, other veggies, etc.

I am hoping that she creates more of this wonderful series. I returned this book. Written almost like a lab report, the author goes into deep statistical detail for each ball park, the dimensions and offensive ratings for each one. No character had a vague ambition. The meanings of the “mantras” are useful. The reader will be greatly rewarded for journeying through this book and enjoying the thoughtful and timely insights Jobes has to offer.
