1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using 4DesignHome, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

4DesignHome provides AI-powered interior design visualization. You upload room photos and our AI generates redesigned versions based on selected styles. Results are generated by artificial intelligence and are for visualization purposes.

3. Credits & Payments

New accounts receive 3 free design credits. Additional credits can be purchased through our billing page. All purchases are one-time payments processed securely through Stripe. Credits do not expire. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused credits.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all photos you upload. AI-generated designs are licensed to you for personal use. Business Pack purchasers receive a commercial license for generated designs. You may not claim AI-generated images as human-created artwork.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: upload harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content; attempt to reverse-engineer the AI system; use automated tools to abuse the service; resell credits or generated images without a commercial license.

6. Limitation of Liability

4DesignHome is provided "as is" without warranties. AI-generated designs are visualizations and should not be used as construction or renovation plans. We are not liable for any decisions made based on generated designs.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through settings, which will permanently remove all your data.
